1How can I book the service?

2How do I know that my booking is confirmed or not?
Once we receive your booking, we will send you the confirmation email that contains your reservation details. Please take this moment to recheck whether your reservation is correct or not. If not, please do not hesitate to reply us with the corrected information.
3How can I pay the money?
Either you are using our services from the Airport to the Hotels or from the Hotels to the Airport, you can simply pay money at our booth. We do accept both cash and credit card at your convenience. Please note that if your luggage size is larger or smaller than your reservation, additional charge or reduction may occur.
4What information do I need to provide to book the services?
We provide our service from both ways, “Airport to Hotel” and “Hotel to Airport” Please note that each direction requires different information as below: From Airport to Hotel Name-Surname Passport ID Email Arrival flight Designated Location (Hotel Name) of Luggage: S- M- L- From Hotel to Airport Name-Surname Passport ID Email Departure flight Pick-up Location Drop-off time and date of Luggage: S- M- L-
5How long does it take my luggage to be delivered?
From “Airport to Hotel”, if you drop-off your luggage before 11.00AM, your luggage will be delivered to your designated destination before 3.00PM. If you drop-off your luggage 11.00AM onward, your luggage will be delivered to your destination before 7.00PM From “Hotel to Airport”, your luggage will be delivered to the Airport at least 3 hours prior to your departure time.
6If my luggage doesn’t have standard size (bag pack, foldable bag or etc.), how can you charge the price?
To ensure that your luggage will be delivered to your designated destination without any scratch, we designed to have the plastic cover which dedicated to each size of the luggage (S, M, L). Regardless of the size of your luggage, if your belongings can be put in one of our standard plastic cover, we will charge you with that price.
7Do you have any insurance for any unexpected situation?
Yes, we do have an insurance covering potential damaged, lost, or stolen luggage. We are partnered with AIOI Bangkok Insurance Company which have insured up to 50,000 Baht per luggage.
8What should I do when I drop off my luggage at the hotel?
It is best to inform hotel that “Bellugg” is coming to pick up your luggage when you leave your luggage at the hotel.
9How can I use your service if I do not stay at the hotel in Bangkok?
Wherever you come from, Pattaya, Huahin, or other cities, we can pick up your luggage at the Bus Terminal, or any appointed place. Please provide us the exact time and date for luggage pick up.
10Can you delivery my luggage if I stay at condominium (AirBnB)?
Yes, we can deliver and pick up from Condominium, Apartment and etc.
11Do you deliver to Donmueng Airport, Pattaya or other cities?
No, we don’t. Right now, we are delivering between Suvarnabhumi Airport and hotel in Bangkok only. But we will open provide more delivery service real soon
12How do you charge for using your services?
We charge you by only “Size”, no weight & distance restriction
13If I don’t know my luggage’s size, how should I book your service?
We understand that not everyone knows the exact size of their luggage. This is why we decided you to pay at our booth as we can charge you more or less. We can transparently check your luggage size with our provided measurement located at our booth. In order to book, do not worry about the size, you can book our service at your own estimated.
14Can I use credit card to pay?

16What if my luggage cannot be delivered to airport on time?
Please do not worry, we will not let it happen. If it happens, we can ensure that we will deliver your luggage back to your home country at our cost.
17Can I cancel the booking?
Sure, you can cancel your booking at any time that’s why we don’t provide online payment.
18Is it possible to deliver my luggage to your booth and store my luggage for a few days? And I will come pick up my luggage later on?
If you use the Luggage Delivery Service, we can store your luggage safely for free as long as you want. However, you need to inform us the specific pick up date. In case that you are unable to pick up at your specified date, additional charge will be 200Baht/Day.
19Is it safe to deposit my luggage at your booth?
Of course it is safe. Our storage is securely locked and monitored at all time. In addition, we also have insurance covering any incidents happen to your luggage while it is being stored at our storage.
20Why do I need to use your services?
It is because we do care your luggage as ours. Every process of operation, we do by ourselves (In-House) including truck deliver, GPS system, and so on in order to control and monitor the service’s quality, and make sure that your beloved luggage will be deliver safely and on-time.
